Preparing for your visit

We look forward to your upcoming appointment at Beach Dermatology. In order to coordinate your care safely & effectively, please complete and review the following:

Complete Patient Paperwork

Please complete new patient intake and consent forms via your online patient portal. Please use email link that was sent to you when your appointment was scheduled. Please check your spam and give our office a call if you do not receive this link immediately after scheduling your new patient appointment.

*The standard in-office check-in is completed on an iPad. In order to maintain a limited lobby capacity, please complete the check-in process on the portal anytime prior to your appointment.

  • Verify your email: You should have received an email from [email protected] to sign up for our patient portal.

  • Create a username & password

  • Answer all intake questions

  • SIGN THE CONSENT FORMS (*Under “Appointments” at the TOP RIGHT). This must be done on a computer. You will be unable to sign consent forms on your phone or tablet.

FAQs

Are cosmetic services covered by insurance?

Cosmetic services are NOT covered by insurance. This includes removal of benign appearing non-irritating growths.

When can I expect to hear back regarding my biopsy results or bloodwork?

We will call you within 1-2 weeks after your biopsy or bloodwork with results. If it has been greater than 2 weeks since your biopsy or labs, please call us at 850-238-8511 if you have not heard from our office.
